I used CIGNA\Hearing Care Solutions for a Routine Hearing Exam and Hearing Aid Evaluation. Mr. Zamora (Phillip) was more thorough than my other hearing test. He than made sense out of the test results. He also educated me in how to maintain my hearing while using my hearing aids correctly. I was able to get correct information that was verifiable based on my experiences.

Phillip was extremely thorough, which as a first time owner/user of hearing aids, is very much appreciated. The overall experience including the product was far better than I expected/anticipated!

Phillip is a friendly, courteous and efficient, all of which make him easy to work with while ordering/fitting me for hearing aids. His teaching was delivered at the perfect level for me to quickly and easily comprehend his instructions. His teaching style helped me feel confident that I could handle the operation and care of these wonderfully sophisticated devices.
