Very thorough and caring. Followed up with me and made some changes that improved my overall experience with my new hearing aids. I definitely feel well cared for.
We went to Inovative hearing to get hearing aid for my husband. It was seam less process. Clearly explained type of hearing aid will be best options for him n why. We were able to select the type n will be returning to pick up in a week.
