Mrs. Cooper made my mom feel comfortable, and she was great with explaining to her what she was doing and how she can serve her.
I went in for hearing testing. My test was explained every step explained so I wasn’t sitting there looking lost and it didn’t take very long. Miss Jackie Cooper conducted my test. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything step-by-step so I had a very good experience.

Jackie said something was wrong with my hearing aid wasn't workig. I felt like there was some was wrong. She got right on it. I left the hear aid with her. I think she was very helpful.
