This was a wonderful experience for me. Arrived early but Cherokee saw me right away. She answered all my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend Innovative Hearing to anyone who is looking for help.
Had a hearing test and replaced my existing hearing aids in need of repair. Cherokee Stewart did a nice job explaining my options of either repairing my existing or buying new heading aids. I’m pleased with the decision to go with newer technology.
Innovative Hearing and specifically Cherokee, helped me tremendously. Cherokee was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and she made my transition into this new experience, "not so scary". Given the opportunity I'll gladly refer someone to this location without hesitation.
I'm so pleased with Innovative hearing! My insurance recommended them and the appointment process was fast and easy. My audiologist, Cherokee, was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a hearing test in her office and knew which devices were covered by my Medicare Advantage plan. got two new Receiver In Canal units that work incredibly well! A massive improvement in technology over the ones from three years ago. Thanks Cherokee and Innovative!
Brandon has been so easy to work with. Definitely seems to understand my hearing lost. And his assistant, Jasmine, is excellent to work with and always does what she says she will do.
