Cherokee seemed like a nice enough person, but she did not help me in the least. I’ve been using hearing aids for a long time. I just received my 4th pair. This is the first time I have used Innovative Hearing and will not be the last. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids, by far the best I have ever used. Most of the credit has to go to Cherokee, she was very conscientious with both the testing and fitting.
