I had an excellent experience at my hearing appointment today, 7/1/26, with Dr. Stephanie Douglas. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that immediately put me at ease. I had appointment scheduled, then the office called and delayed the appointment for 2 weeks (audiologist unavailable). The appointment went smoothly and the hearing aids were ordered. When the office called to schedule the appointment for me to come pick up the Hearing aids I was told it would be 5 weeks until i could get them unless I wanted to go to a location that was not close to me. For weeks I tried to give them my business had a consultation and I called to follow up 3 times after the consultation because I couldn’t get hearing aids ordered or even a call back from them. I took my business elsewhere. Total joke of a medical provider!!!
