Audiologist was very thorough working through my issues and was able to improve my hearing experience.
I was disappointed to learn that a $65 fee was required, as this was not communicated to me when I scheduled my appointment. The innovative hearing technician was very helpful in verbally instructing me and installing the app, and then she paired my hearing devices to the app and showed me how to navigate through the app. The only reason I am giving five stars is because of the innovative hearing technician.
I am using hearing aid for some time. Recently my Insurance company asked me to try Innovative Hearing company hearing aids. It’s pleasant a pleasant experience. My audiologist Ms. Tabitha Lyon H.I.S. took great pleasure in listening by hearing problems and concerns. She also went through my ENT Specialists previous report to make an evaluation for the right hearing aid for me. I appreciate her insight in recognizing and recommending the right hearing aids.
Tabatha was extremely helpful and spent alot of time going over my hearing aids and making sure that I was comfortable with them and understood how to operate them.
I got my hearing aids through Innovative Hearing at their 610 West Loop Location. Tabitha, the person that runs that location, helped me deciding and purchasing the aids that seemed best for me. Happy to recommend!
