Very knowledgeable staff who explained both the test results as well as the hearing aids available within my plan. I am very pleased with the service.
Audiologist was very thorough working through my issues and was able to improve my hearing experience.
I was disappointed to learn that a $65 fee was required, as this was not communicated to me when I scheduled my appointment. The innovative hearing technician was very helpful in verbally instructing me and installing the app, and then she paired my hearing devices to the app and showed me how to navigate through the app. The only reason I am giving five stars is because of the innovative hearing technician.
