Kind, good listener employee Tabitha. Very intuitive. Aware that I was not clear about size of hole in my left ear. She googled and showed me the pictures. Honest person. My right ear have a hard ear wax blockage. Furthermore suggested that I have to get an ENT doctor to dissolve the right hard ear wax and fix the big hole in the left ear.
