Assistance was thorough and they were patient with my questions
Hearing specialist was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
I waited for over 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment but was able to return my hearing aid without issue.
Wonderful, professional, kind, patient and great follow up from the audiologist herself. Reception service could use improvement, however. Hard to leave messages.
