I had appointment scheduled, then the office called and delayed the appointment for 2 weeks (audiologist unavailable). The appointment went smoothly and the hearing aids were ordered. When the office called to schedule the appointment for me to come pick up the Hearing aids I was told it would be 5 weeks until i could get them unless I wanted to go to a location that was not close to me.
