I cannot rate Innovative Finance high enough if you are looking for a mortgage broker. Hayley helped us through the entire process. Answered all of my questions and just made the process of getting our first home so much easier than we expected. She kept in contact every step of the way. We cannot think her enough. Seamless and stress free
It has been a great journey securing our investment property, and we’re truly grateful for Haley’s support throughout the entire process. She was always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. What stood out most was that we never felt pressured to make decisions that weren’t in our best interest. From our very first meeting through to final loan approval, Haley consistently guided us with honesty and care. We highly recommend Haley to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive broker.
Enquired and fill out all relevant docs, sent through all our information, had our first meeting and a few follow up calls with questions then got completely ignored. Followed up 3 times and still didn’t hear anything back, after a month of following up we decided to go elsewhere. Very disappointed as first home buyers to be completely ghosted by one of the highest rated brokerages in Maitland.
