One of the staff members of this no doubt nice facility was so kind as to be abusive and harrisive in their own car park ! Over a simple misunderstanding could have been rectified quite easily with another tone ! I think I’ll take the don’t push your luck with a pinch of salt ! Great customer service looking forward to the feedback !
