Innovative Carriers as a whole is nothing short of fantastic. I have had many problems in the past dealing with others carriers, since switching to Innovative Carrieres exclusively, I’ve had nothing but peace of mind. As i sit here and wait for a shipment to be delivered that was supposed to be there last week (over 5 days ago) i get an email asking me for more money (on top of the $1750 I’ve already paid to ship a small amount of 4 pallets) or it won’t be delivered today… it seems like this company will purposely delay the delivery at least a week in order to try and make you pay more to have it delivered.
