Had a great experience. I had a bunch of hearing tests done and Dr. Alen was very kind and patient. I got a very detailed explanation about my hearing and was given great advice on maintaining my hearing to prevent further hearing loss. I trust this place 100% Very professional and I recommend this place to everyone. 5/5 stars.
Came in for an ear cleaning and was treated by Alan, extremely welcoming and kind, was very detail oriented, and educated. Would come back again. :)

One of my Signia hearing aids was not working and that is very disruptive for me because I don’t have full hearing capabilities. I took my hearing aids to Alen at HearCanada, Palm Place (3910 Bathurst St., #207) and he was able to resolve the issue in a very short time while I waited. He told me what he was doing and why every step of the way.
