Our experience with Innovation Furniture was a complete disaster from start to finish. We purchased a dining table and paid for delivery, but the table arrived incomplete and missing the hardware. After a call, they delivered the hardware a few days later, but it was still missing pieces. The issues only compounded from there. I bought a sofa set from Innovation Furniture, Belmont. After a few months I had some creaking issues with it. I contacted them and within days someone came over to pick it up for repair. After repair it had the same issue. This time they decided to replace the chaise which was the problem part. Am happy with their prompt action in sorting out the problem. I am hopeful there will be no further issues. Thanks
