If they had just said 'no', that would have been fine, I would have just bought it at the reseller and not left a negative review. But instead they said they would remove the remaining stock from the reseller, and that my only option would be to buy it directly from them at the higher price.'When we get low on stock, we will no longer list them on other platforms such as freedom so we can sell the items exclusively to our customers. Purchased "portable shower cubicle" in Jan 2014. The unit has been used 4 or 5 times at most since installation in the guest bathroom. It leaked slightly from under the base during those times, but we mopped the floor and ignored it. All of a sudden the mixer diverter developed a leak - even though not being used. Got a plumber to change the mixer cartridge and found that the cartridge could not be replaced. The entire mixer diverter would need to be replaced.
