I had a great experience at my physiotherapy appointment on Saturday. I really appreciated feeling heard and being thoroughly assessed. I was gently pushed outside of my comfort zone, especially around some of the thoughts and fears that have been keeping me stuck. I was also given practical ways to slowly build myself back up, regain confidence, and work toward meeting my goals. I left feeling supported and encouraged about moving forward. Great experience
Jamie is a fantastic physio. Always eager to help and has a very broad range of expertise.
Jamie is attentive to detail working with my daughter who is a young athlete. He listens to her concerns and works with her to become even stronger!
Jamie is absolutely fantastic. Calm, patient and understanding with my teen and super knowledgable. Nothing but positive things to say about him and his practice. Highly recommend!
