I’ve been going to Inno Vapes for several years now, and I always have a great experience. I was there again today and had another positive visit with Stephanie. She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable when helping diagnose why my mod stopped working with a new tank. I really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommend Inno Vapes for both great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
Staff is usually friendly, but the guy working here seems more focused on a performative sense of superiority and dismissiveness than actually being helpful. His uptightness makes a simple transaction feel like an exercise in navigating someone’s ego. I've only gone here because there are sometimes cute friendly dogs in the store.
