Great visit! Katherine was very thorough and took the time to answer many questions.
My mother and I toured Inniswood Village yesterday. Very nice people. Friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Beautiful facility! Lots of activities to do. The apartments we saw were bright and airy. Very tall ceilings so you won’t feel closed in. If you have a family member that is looking for a retirement/assisted living facility please check it out. 🙂
Accidentally called here instead of Inniswood Rehab, the lady who took the call was extremely rude and passive aggressive. It didn’t take much but to say I made a mistake and point me in the right direction if she could. Instead she made me feel like a idiot and ended it off with “Bye bye to you” when I tried to apologize and explain why I got it confused.
Great tour and visit- Savannah was very knowledgeable and informative.The facility was spotless and lively. The room was cherry and bright. Definitely a contender for an assisted living location for my folks.
Excellent facility with a cheerful and all important professional and caring staff.They focus on the important things that positively affect the residents quality of life. The building and grounds are well kept and the dinning area is run professionally with great meal choices. The culture is built around respect for the residents and quality care which is evident throughout.
