Doctors are very good and professional at this clinic. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the front desk staff (not all, but one individual). I requested a printed copy of my prescription so that I would not have to wait at the pharmacy. Instead, I was told it would be faxed directly. Unfortunately, the prescription was not faxed promptly, and I have now been waiting at the pharmacy for over half an hour. I have had 3 services done there. Dr Nathalie is great and she deserves 5 starts plus, but the receptionist are not great, bad customer service. There is never an answer, the only answer is always it wasn't me , was someone else. Terrible customer service.
I can’t say enough good things about this clinic, especially Dr. Haleigh Michalak! From the moment you walk in your made to feel welcome, comfortable and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and create a treatment plan that actually works. The level of professionalism and attention is outstanding, ive seen such a noticeable improvement with each visit. If your looking for a chiropractor who is truly amazing at what they do and goes above and beyond then you found it here!
I am so happy to have a one stop place for our health right in Innisfil! Acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, naturopath's! Everyone is extremely pleasant and they direct bill to your insurance company!!
