I am so happy to have found Innisfil Wellness Centre. I see Dr. Cass for Chiro and Natalie for Accupuncture. They are both queens of their respective craft!! I am so happy to have found healing with both of these wonderful women. Professional, caring and focused on my well being. A+++
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had a one-hour massage booked for 12:30 p.m. and arrived at 12:20 p.m. out of respect for the clinic’s policies and the RMT’s time. Despite that, I sat in the waiting room until approximately 12:55 p.m. before anyone came to get me. I cannot recommend Dr. Patel highly enough! From the very first visit, she made me feel incredibly comfortable, heard, and cared for. Dr. Patel takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high professionalism with genuine compassion. The staff is also wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Patel, for your amazing care!
