I got my daughters names on their towels, love the towels and it was very fast. Highly recommended as the price was affordable and it was done quickly.
Took a shirt back with the tags intact and a receipt due to having a hole in it. I was told I would have to wait for an unknown time for management to return to exchange it for another or she could refund the money now. I said that it didn’t make sense. Reply was don’t be so rude.Being a senior l have never been spoken to by a young girl in such a disgusting way. I could have taken the refund and then bought the replacement shirt but decided to take the money and leave.
Recently went into the store and had a lovely long chat with the lady about my logo and vision for my business. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and she even personally customised my logo.
