I wouldn’t even give this company one star! Do not use Mark Alder as he has no compassion, no empathy and he does not listen to what you want and constantly tells you to be patient when he leaves you waiting for months. Myself and my partner have recently just bought our first house together. As exciting as this is we were also a bit nervous. We phoned Innes Johnston and we were so lucky to have Olivia assigned to help us. I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of everything and made the whole process so stress free. I used Innes Johnston as my solicitor for the purchase of my first home. From my first interaction with Olivia I was highly impressed. She was extremely helpful and professional through the whole experience and ensured my best interests remained the priority. Have engaged several times Innes Johnston to purchase houses and do wills, etc. It is Rolls Royce prices, but a Lada quality of service. You only deal with paralegals who don't care about their work. You have to scrutinise everything as they make mistakes in all they do. When you highlight this to them, they don't even acknowledge the error or apologies. You constantly have to chase them up to move things on. They often don't return calls or emails unless you keep calling. My advice is go to another Solicitor!
