I had a really great experience at Innerwaves! My friends purchased me a gift certificate and I used it to book a massage with Gary. I explained to him that I was looking for some relief for the tension I get that causes my migraines. He was very kind and made me feel at ease during the entire session. My first massage ever and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Her name was Shawna. I’ve been having migraines and I think I’ve found something that will help in massage therapy. I’m definitely going back soon.
Beware, new clients - they cancel appointments last minute! On Monday, I booked a massage for Thursday. In the following days, I replied to all of their texts: a confirmation request, an intake form to fill out, a notice that I'll be charged if I cancel (!), and another confirmation request on Wednesday, the day before the appointment. Christie was great for my first massage. So friendly, sweet, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable with everything. The massage was very relaxing and relieving; she found the tension spots and used great pressure when massaging. Will definitely be coming back to Christie again.
