Jeff is a very skilled and intuitive body worker! I highly recommend him to anyone!
Lyn and Jeff are very experienced and enthusiastic body workers and movers. The Gyrotonics system is uniquely adaptable to safely improve movement, balance and flexibility regardless of limitations. They are a great team and have so much to offer their clients.
I cannot recommend Jeff Hocker enough. His work is highly intelligent, crafted to each unique body and unwinds the system deeply without being heavy handed. I highly recommend his work as a series to get the most benefit. He has years of experience looking at functional movement patterns in the body and then translating that into release and it shows. After sessions I have more mobility and range of motion, but more importantly my system feels simultaneously more grounded and more free. Just go.
I love the bodywork that Jeff provides! I’ve usually found Structural Integration to be painful, but Jeff’s work is very gentle and yet very effective. I feel like I can now move and exercise much more freely!
