I bought a Herman Miller Aeron in 2014 from "Empire Furniture'. The left hip pivot bolt failed 26/08/25 after 11years of use. The Aeron has a 12 year warranty. I was made aware that Innerspace is the Herman Miller representative for my 'manufacturing batch'. Asking them about a warranty claim sending copies of the receipt, manufacturing sticker (on seat base) and the damage and they responded the following morning to bring it in for warranty repair.
