As always, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness - all of the staff there seem like genuinely lovely people 😊 I was being treated by Helin who made sure I was comfortable and showed her usual gentleness and concern that everything was ‘just right’ for me. Helin was performing a potentially painful treatment on me, but with her attention to care and her thoughtfulness, I almost didn’t notice the time slipping by. Excellent, thank you😊
