TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. This company was sold a few years ago and from then its just been going downhill. Placed an order with Claudette 4 weeks ago and was asked if I could give them 2 weeks. After 3 weeks still no order. After 4 weeks was told that sheets would be ready and shipped by end of week Friday. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. When you call she is either not there or out at lunch however, will NEVER RETURN calls either. Good place to buy custom massage sheets and laundry bags. Excellent quality. Not inexpensive but free shipping when you purchase over a certain amount. Very good customer service and I love that everything is manufactured in the United States.
