Very clean, comfortable place to build your strength and well-being with one-on-one instruction by someone who is passionate about what she does and also an amazing massage therapist!
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to help you and your body. After surgery and spinal cord damage Valerie is and has been helping me recover with focused work outs, stretching and massages. Not many places offer all these services. Highly recommended.
