✨ What an amazing experience at Innerchi Wellness! ✨ From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Christina was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions about athlete recovery. I wish I could give them 6 stars! The customer service was beyond amazing. Bella was so sweet and explained everything so well to me and really made me feel safe and soooo comfortable. it was my 1st time doing cryo. I have an autoimmune disease and read cryotherapy can help reset the adrenal system. I feel great after. I definitely feel less inflammation and have more energy. Bella also set me up with compression therapy afterwards which definitely helped my hands and arms with better circulation. So I am definitely coming b... read more

I am definitely going to recommend Inner Chi to all my friends. I tried the cryotherapy and compression treatments today and was very pleased with them. The venue is very zen with a clean environment. The service was amazing as well!
