Would highly recommend- it was the best Bowen experience I have had, my lower back was so cramped up, and within one session the positive change was visibly evident. Not just that I felt so incredibly rejuvenated after each session, more than I do after a massage. Recurring pains disappeared. For the original Bowtech remedy, that actually works, would really recommend Jasia at Inner Zen. She is amazing!
