I had some 'Anxiety Release' sessions with Sharon because I was having trouble with panic attacks on the train (amongst other things). I found the sessions deeply relaxing and comforting, and I walked away with new 'tools' to help me... and they have! Sharon is a wonder and I recommend her highly.
Sharon is a wonderful practitioner; i felt very supported to go deep into my past patterns and beliefs, without any judgment. Highly recommend her as a therapist and recommend hypnosis as a modality! Its a powerful tool where the mind is optimums which creates a better quality of life.
