I had a hypnosis session in 2023. It was a powerful session, it did take some time for all the pieces to fall into place or for me to see them. I recommend that if anyone is thinking about possibly doing a session to do so. It is life changing. Just know for me it did take some time and reflection before I understood the benefits of my session.
