I booked to see a particular physiotherapist. Upon arrival I was greeted at reception and was then handed over to a physiotherapist, NOT the one I had asked to see. The physiotherapist that I wanted to see was not working that day. So, my booking should not have been accepted in the first place as it was known that my physiotherapist did not work that day. THEN, the receptionist did not advise me that my physiotherapist was not available, she just passed me on to some random guy that I did not know and did not want to see. I... read more
Booked online to see Charles Tzannes, on a Monday, and on arrival am told he only works Tuesday morning. Excellent practice but maybe, as a first timer, call to make a booking. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were very accommodating.
High praise for Kevin who has treated both my partner and with great results.
Kevin is a skilled and very knowledgeable physio who helped get me back to running. He also kindly set me up with a half marathon training program, which has been going well!
Kevin is such a dedicated physio - I trust him with all my running and specialist needs. He’s helped me rehabilitate from a ACL tear and always goes the extra mile to help me recover. Highly recommend!!
