No better physio around! Jay is the best. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond for his clients. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Have been treated by both Jay and Charles, but Charles currently as I needed the Epley manoevre for ongoing vertigo. I give them both 5 stars straight up for treatment efficacy, professionalism, people skills and basically getting what you wish for from your physio. I had recently attended a different practice after requesting the Epley, being advised I would receive it and then paying $280 to be told I didn't have BPPV, and that some "fluffing around" with my neck and resting ×3 times daily with a heatpack would fix it. I booked to see a particular physiotherapist. Upon arrival I was greeted at reception and was then handed over to a physiotherapist, NOT the one I had asked to see. The physiotherapist that I wanted to see was not working that day. So, my booking should not have been accepted in the first place as it was known that my physiotherapist did not work that day. THEN, the receptionist did not advise me that my physiotherapist was not available, she just passed me on to some random guy that I did not know and did not want to see. I... read more
Booked online to see Charles Tzannes, on a Monday, and on arrival am told he only works Tuesday morning. Excellent practice but maybe, as a first timer, call to make a booking. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were very accommodating.
