I really enjoy exercising with this group of trainers, they make it fun. For years off and on I've gone to a gym and tried to develop a workout program but could never stick to it but coming to Inner Strength I have managed to make my three workouts a week for the last 6 to 7 months and really enjoy it. And I also notice a little increase in strength!
Love this gym. The people and coaches make working out so much fun.
This gym is a great gym for personal coaching in a team environment. The smaller space provides a lot of camaraderie with the clients and working together to obtain your goals. I have been here about nine months and I am already much stronger and have better balance Give this gym a try they won’t disappoint!
I love Inner Strength Personal Training! Great workouts everyday!! Trainers are educated and really supportive and helpful! Community makes working out Fun!!
