I've attended only one session, but I felt completely at home and plan to return. If you like deep meditation and a wholesome group that pulls no punches when giving lovely advice, then look no further. One night was all it took for me to commit myself to following the path provided by Inner Source Healing. I feel like I've waited a long time for something like this to enter into my life and I plan to follow my heart as far as it urges me to continue along this journey in Malvern, PA.
At Inner Source, I’m learning to love myself in freedom and in wholeness, all of myself. My time here has taught me to see the world differently, not from a place of victim consciousness, but from a place of love and self-responsibility. The philosophies at Inner Source help me make sense of a chaotic world that is both beautiful and challenging. And I'm learning each day how to live a life full of pleasure and realness and for that I am grateful.
