had a wonderful spiritual hypnosis session with paige yesterday! this was my first time doing hypnosis therapy, my session was about 1-1.5hr long, I opted for a spiritual route, and today I am really feeling the difference the session had on my mental. i'm truly at peace with where I am, who I am, and the life I have ahead of me thanks to this session. can't wait to come back.
In gist; I consumed nicotine for ~18 years before seeking hypnotherapy from Inner Song Hypnosis by happenstance, and their support in smoking cessation helped me successfully quit vaping nicotine all together. 9 days nicotine free as of this review, thank you so much for everything! Edit: Over 6 months and still nicotine free! It was very hard, but I can't say I would have otherwise been able to quit without the tools I learned from my sessions. Thanks again!!
