I received a massage for 90 minutes. I went in with alot of tightness and stiffness, I left feeling mildly better. I dont feel the service was worth the $120 plus tip. I was so excited for this and to experience some relief, unfortunately it was short lived. It was hard to relax completely . I wish the massage therapist offered more technique. All the same muscles are still very tight.

outstanding staff who are professional and informal and enthusiastic to being able to tell you about the pods which there insight made the use of them even more insuring it was worth stopping in if you considered the experience this place made it worth it, any day stopping in seems a day to try a new experience i'd recommend and happy to pass the on the word
Absolutely awesome
Have never done anything like it but man did we enjoy it! Everything about it was enjoyable. From booking it last minute to leaving everything about the experience was calming and completely free of any stress. Laying in the pools is such a unique experience and so calming. We used lights and sounds, the true experience is nothing but we were not that adventurous, it was completely relaxing and both my wife and I fell into a deep relaxation.
