Inner Nature is a beautifully serene establishment with wonderful opportunities for the body, mind, and spirit where everyone is welcome with open arms and open hearts. Visiting the Sanctuary always leaves me feeling confident and full of life. Thank you for the love and support you give to everyone who crosses your threshold.
Inner Nature, owned by Becca and Geoffrey, is genuinely one of my favorite sanctuaries for wellness, connection, community, and healing. Both Becca and Geoffrey are top-tier practitioners and holders of sacred space, and I cannot recommend Inner Nature highly enough for their services, events, and the beautiful atmosphere they have created. Yesterday was a self care day as I treated my self to two appointments at Inner Nature, first a 1:1 body work appt with Geoffrey to work out some serious muscle tension and then with Becca to soothe my soul with some beautiful energy work. ~I appreciate the experience, knowledge, detail, and care that Geoffrey brings. He is an excellent body worker,... read more
I have to say, this was the best bodywork I have ever experienced—oh my!!! My hips feel amazing, and Geoffrey intuitively found the exact spot on my right hip that I had been struggling to release on my own. What stood out most was the stomach work. It’s something many practitioners avoid but Geoffrey approached it with skill and confidence, leaving me feeling deeply balanced. I highly recommend Geoffrey to anyone seeking bodywork that is extraordinary.
I feel very welcomed and at peace and safe at the inner nature center. Beca and Jeffrey are amazing.
