I have been treated by Meredith for years! She continues to amaze me with her professional skill and intuitive healing care! CST and Reiki with her always clears my headaches and nervous tension. Recently, Reiki with Meredith has been incredibly helpful in managing my pregnancy nausea. I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum and treatments with her have decreased my nausea/vomiting tremendously!! I am so grateful for Meredith. She is so kind and VERY good at what she does.

Meredith does wonders for your heart, body and soul! I was feeling closed off, moody and achy in my hips. I left there feeling like myself again. Thank you for your guidance. I received way more than I was anticipating. This was just what I needed. I am forever grateful. And I'll be back! :)

I had my first CST appointment with Meredith a couple of weeks ago and am looking forward to working with her regularly. I sought her out initially to use this therapy (in conjunction with my EMDR therapist) to continue working on moving stored trauma out of my body. The surprise for me was that she helped me with an old sacroiliac injury I had.
