Your thoughts influence your actions and your actions influence your outcomes If you find that you struggle with self limiting beliefs, then you really need to see Tracy. What she does, is incredible and not what you would expect at first glance. Her methods focus on addressing limiting beliefs at the root cause on a subconsious level for long term change. Apart from that, she's an incredible person and will treat you well! Work with her!
Working with Tracy was fantastic. She creates a safe space where I felt completely comfortable sharing what was on my mind. With a caring and unbiased approach we worked through some deep issues that came up and then using the PSYCH-K techniques, we gradually adjusted some old thought patterns. I literally felt different as if something that I was stuck on simply transitioned away. I highly encourage people to give this modality a try. You'll be in very good hands with Tracy and will be quite amazed with the results.
