Tracy was absolutely amazing to work with. I feel like I got so much out of the sessions, way more than the psych K alone. She introduced me to new things that just helped me understand myself so much better. She has great energy, I loved talking with her, she is very real and down to earth. Your thoughts influence your actions and your actions influence your outcomes If you find that you struggle with self limiting beliefs, then you really need to see Tracy. What she does, is incredible and not what you would expect at first glance. Her methods focus on addressing limiting beliefs at the root cause on a subconsious level for long term change. Apart from that, she's an incredible person and will treat you well! Work with her!
