Helen is an incredible healer with such a vast knowledge. Her ability to help heal those around her is miraculous. Helen has helped me with a number of things and overall helped me to live my life to the fullest. She has even helped me through hypnotherapy connect deeper with my dog and understand her past traumas (which I thought was very strange at first but have seen incredible growth in her behaviour). I got to know about this kind therapist Helen in mid 2021 and at that time I had a few medical issues such as eating disorders, high diabetes sugar levels, overweight and a bit of stress. After getting a couple of REIKI sessions, my stress levels went down and started feeling energy in me. Most importantly, I got a HYPNOTHERAPY session for my eating disorders and believe me my sugar levels started plummeting down which ended up in normal levels which didn't happen for many years of medical treatment.
