I came to Elaine as a heavy smoker and became a non smoker because of her. I owe so much to her because I never thought I would be a non smoker. I was very skeptical at first because I have tired other methods to quit smoking and none worked. I didn't think that this would be the answer but it was. Elaine made it very "easy" for me to quit. Dr. Elaine is so kind and compassionate. Her calm and accepting energy certainly allowed me to feel at peace during our hypnosis and life coach sessions. She offered many thought provoking statements that really dive into your subconscious! I would highly recommend ¨̮
