I was only able to work with Michelle for a short time period because I was moving for school but even within that timeframe Michelle was able to help provide me with substantial relief and education going forward. I cannot stress enough how she is so incredibly kind and compassionate. I left feeling so much more confident, informed and empowered about my body.

After a prolapse diagnosis and no real information nor plan from my respected OB-GYN, I found Michelle’s company. Thank goodness. I went from panicked to informed. Michelle’s deep knowledge and experience have helped me physically and mentally. She is patient, kind, and an amazing listener. Women need a much better understanding of our own bodies. I am grateful to have this opportunity to take needed care of myself.
