I was so nervous to start occupational therapy with Michelle. I was having a lot of pelvic floor issues and it’s obviously a very intimate area. Since the moment I stepped foot in Michelle‘s office, I felt so much more comfortable. She is so gentle and kind and explains everything in detail. She has so much patience. Michelle is one of a kind! I was seeking PFT and she was the (only) one to promptly get back to me. She offered much more than “just” PFT, but also education, body work and tools to regulate my nervous system. Right after the second session, I was already experiencing pain relief and a deeper sense of calmness. I can’t explain exactly what she does but I only know it works. I highly recommend her!
Michelle is wonderful to work with. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is patient and so kind. She has a holistic approach and uses varies modalities to address any concerns with your whole body. After a session with Michelle you feel informed and relaxed. She is so knowledgeable and passionate. I would highly recommend her. I would give her 5+ stars.
I was only able to work with Michelle for a short time period because I was moving for school but even within that timeframe Michelle was able to help provide me with substantial relief and education going forward. I cannot stress enough how she is so incredibly kind and compassionate. I left feeling so much more confident, informed and empowered about my body.
Michelle is an absolute gem. She has got a way to help improve my everyday life. Giving me the clarity, calm and energy that I need to thrive. She makes you feel like a million bucks- if you haven’t tried cranio sacral take this message as a sign to try it!
