Terrible. Not everyone knows the different services the company offers. Hopefully you will get someone who does. They seem nice enough but doesn't make up for their lack of knowledge.

I use them once a month. They are courteous and professional. I would reccommend their services.
Outside of the fees, they are the best in town. They have super people working in there, they're fast respectful, and plain nice. They're the best of all the check cashers.
