I am very thankful for Alison. I have a long history of bladder problems/badder pain. I have had the uretha streched and bladder cauterized. I thought my poor husband would spend his life waiting for me outside washrooms. From my very first visit with Alison I was thrilled to see improvement in my symptoms. I am amazed at how knowledgeable she is. She makes it easy to follow her advice and exercises. I can't thank her enough!!

Julia is great! I had several postpartum concerns and she addressed all of it. She recommended exercises for my mother’s wrist and it healed! She’s friendly and listened attentively.

Michiko is absolutely amazing and she has truly changed my mental and pelvic floor health! I had no idea how big an impact stress and trauma had with pelvic floor tightness, and Michiko helped me realize that on my first visit. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is also caring and encouraging. I would 100% recommend Michiko and if I could give 11 stars I would!! Thank you Michiko and Inner Circle 🩵

I highly recommend Michiko. I actually followed her to this clinic from her previous location because I trust her so much. I saw her throughout both of my pregnancies, for both prenatal and postpartum care, and she has been an absolute lifesaver. Before my very first appointment, I was incredibly nervous, but Michiko instantly put me at ease. I had previously gone to another pelvic floor physio, and after that one experience, had pretty much decided it was not for me. The person was very uncomfortable working on men. I finally decided to try again, and this time found Julia Rudecki at Inner Circle. Julia was very easy to explain the situation to, was very professional and through out the treatments was very clear about what was happening and why.
