I have tried regular talk therapy for the past 3 years with mild results. I’ve done 2 sessions with Rob and I feel I have accomplished much more. It’s been a great experience and very helpful for my life.
I have been working with Rob on moderation and issues with sleep.I tend to over-indulge when it comes to food, alcohol and sweets. After the first session, I was able to stop when satisfied. My desire to eat several pieces of chocolate is no longer there and I can have one beer instead of two. I listen to recordings of our sessions regularly. This is very helpful with not only my sleep but it reinforces what we have been working on. It has been an amazing experience!

The session was powerful, deeply relaxing, and honestly transformative. I left feeling refreshed, focused, and with a whole new sense of clarity. Rob is a thoughtful and genuine practitioner. I've had prior experience with past life regressions and I felt completely supported throughout my session. Rob also provides an audio recording and checks-in after the session which underscores his commitment to supporting his clients. I'm looking forward to my Evolutionary Astrology reading because his practice goes into far more than just one's own, singular journey. (The rainbow appeared at the end of our session!)
