I had an excellent past life regression session with Jolanta. I enjoyed her method to help me slip into hypnosis. She took her time with me and explained the process before we started. She made me feel at ease in the beginning and at the end of the session. I feel that 2 hrs was ample enough of time to explore what I wanted to experience. I went into a deep state of relaxation and into a deep meditative state with the help of the music. I have seen fragments of my life and i understood why i was seeing them. After the session i felt very calm, nothing bothered me where before i would get irritated. I enjoyed the session very much. She also gave me some valuable tips.
