Michelle Low owner of Inner Balance Bodywork did a fantastic deep body massage. She was very knowledgeable about all the mechanics of the my shoulder and hip joints. She identified and released the stress knots in the muscles to the point I had my full range of motion back. Michelle was very professional. I would highly recommend going to Inner Balance!

Michell is so good that both myself and my husband regularly have massages with her. It has made a huge difference in my flexibility as I have arthritis in my neck that hasn't felt so loose in years. Great maintenance for the 60+ bodies! She maintains COVID precautions throughout! Many times goes over and beyond time to work through troubled areas. Exceptional!
