I would definitely recommend Mel for any trauma, anxiety and mental health issues. I felt very safe and cared for. Mel has a way of explaining things to make sense of the therapy work that needs to be done. Her warmth and guidance helped me to overcome many issues I was facing. I will forever be grateful that she held that space for me. Mel is an angel!
