I was skeptical to try Neurofeedback but I've known and trusted Deborah for a while, so I decided to give it a shot. After 8 sessions, my family, friends, colleagues, and I all noticed my attitude and moods become more positive. I'm more motivated, calm, compassionate, and hopeful, instead of procrastinating, being triggered, and worrying about what might go wrong. My neck, shoulder tension, and sleep have also improved. I'm surprised how much I've benefited and am so grateful for the sessions!
I went to see Debbie for neurofeedback to help manage my anxiety, ptsd, and depression. I was going through a very hard time and did two sessions that day. I felt very exhausted afterwards, but the next day I woke up feeling more mentally stable and less anxious and depressed. Debbie was very kind, and helped me sort out a lot on my anxiety and depression. I am grateful I found her and gave neurofeedback a chance. Therapy and neurofeedback have been a great combination for me. I will be back for more sessions.
Working with Debi and doing NeurOptimal Neurofeedback has been life changing for myself and my family. I have experienced decreased anxiety, increased productivity and find I have the ability to respond to life instead of react. Debi is so knowledgeable understanding and caring.
