I first heard about inmotion from a billboard where your consult you get a free stretch! You can build your own schedule and plan. I’ve been working with Tracie for about six months and can tell the stretching is helping my range of motion and overall aches. Everyone is super helpful and wants to help you feel your best self!
Inmotion has been a game changer for my flexibility & overall mobility. At 64, I had lost a great deal of my range of motion and RJ Jackson, Physical Therapist/Stretch Therapist, has given me a great deal range back. He is very knowledgeable, and uses his years of experience & skills to listen to your body to get the best stretch from it. I look forward to my weekly stretch appointments.
I’ve been going to InMotion’s Fitness for almost a year, and the difference it’s made in my daily life is incredible. Before I started, I had consistent knee and lower back pain—but since working with their team, the pain is completely gone. Recently, I’ve been working with RJ, and he’s done a fantastic job helping improve my range of motion, especially in my shoulders and lower body. It’s made a big difference in how I move and feel during my workouts. Highly recommend!
